Return Policy

If the customer discovers any issues with the goods and wants to return or exchange them, they must contact our customer service department (WhatsApp: 56930849) within one working day and provide photos/videos of the goods, as well as keep the relevant receipts for follow-up. We will not accept any requests beyond this timeframe.

When receiving the goods, customers must count and check all items and quantities in front of the delivery person before they leave. We are not responsible for any discrepancies discovered after delivery and appreciate your understanding.

If no return or exchange requests are received within 24 hours of receiving the goods, the transaction will be considered complete, and we will not accept any requests for exchange or refund. We will also not be liable for any legal responsibility.

Once an order is successfully placed and processed, we do not accept any changes to the order.

If the ordered goods are out of stock or other issues arise, resulting in an unsuccessful transaction, customers can choose to wait for the next batch of goods or receive a full refund.

Due to hygiene or food safety reasons, all fresh, refrigerated, or frozen foods and beverages, goods that have been opened, used, modified, or damaged due to improper use, damaged outer packaging, loss of refrigeration, over-expiration, or poor storage causing spoilage, products with quality problems that have been used more than one-fifth of the original capacity, any goods not purchased from our company, goods damaged during transportation, and customer-related reasons such as wrong purchases or personal incompatibility are non-refundable or exchangeable, except for factory quality problems.

When requesting a return or exchange, please keep the integrity of the product, gifts, internal and external packaging, invoices, and all accompanying documents or information. We will not accept any return requests with missing or damaged items.
